A Healthier Heart with Chickpeas

Consuming 1 cup daily of chickpeas supplies you with 70% of folate, the recommended amount to lower levels of amino acids which make the heart weak. The beans are high in magnesium, a mineral that increases circulation and strengthens blood vessel walls.

One cup of chickpeas provides molybdenum, a mineral that helps cleanse the body of headache-causing sulfites. The soluble fiber in the mighty beans balances blood sugar and provides slow-burning energies to prolong satiation and fight cravings.

These golden legumes possess high stores of trytophan, the amino acid that soothes anxiety to help prevent stress-induced munching. To sum it up, the detoxifying enzymes in chickpeas enhance health and speed slimming.

IT in the World of Business

Technology has become a necessity in every business, it has become an important component of our culture, business and economy. Worried about your age?

Do you worry too much and get annoyed with yourself because you are not getting any younger? I am not, and I am not embarrassed to announce my age to anyone. I just turned 41 a couple of months ago and I do notice fine lines and some wrinkles on my face. Hair dye helps to conceal my salt and pepper hair. But I’m one of the few who do not dwell too much on that. I’ve always been positive with this, and well, who doesn’t grow old anyway? Although I am not as slim as I wanted to be, I like taking care of my health and appearance.
Most of my friends fret when asked about their age, but in my opinion being obsessed about your age will only make you feel older. You fret and then get stressed if you think about it too much. There are many other ways to feel younger such as exercise, getting engaged and of course, laughter. But if you're really obsessed about looking young and you have the money to spend, I think it is alright to seek help from professionals like a cosmetic surgeon or an anti aging dr. Science has gone really far, one example is Angelina Jolie, there's not even a trace that she gave birth. Whether you choose to turn to cosmetic surgery or to age naturally, it's totally up to you. What really matters is how you look at yourself and how you feel.

A Different Christmas

Just last night, hubs and I were talking about this year's Christmas. It's going to be a lot different from the other Christmases we had. The meltdown is affecting businesses globally, price of gasoline is continuously going up and my usual budget for groceries almost doubled up. Budgeting has become more stressful. Much as I would want to hold on to whatever cash we may have left, there is always something that I have to spend or pay for. With our income combined, we used to have more than enough but now that everything has gone up, the more than enough we used to enjoy is now just enough to pay for our needs.

We have explained to the kids that right now both their dad and I are undergoing financial difficulties. Instilling the right values to our children is such a great help and that made it easier for them to understand the present situation. We may not have an extravagant celebration and may not be even able to buy them expensive gifts but to hear them say "We don't need expensive gifts, what's important is we're all together" brought me to tears. What they told us definitely made the situation easier. I will forever be thankful to God for blessing us with such wonderful and understanding children.

We still have high hopes though that everything will get better for our business in the next months so the Nexus21 TV Lifts we so want for our living room and bedroom were not crossed out from the family's wish list.

Byebye Puffy Face

Consuming carb-rich foods especially during the holiday season often results to facial puffiness. It's only 61 days before Christmas and soon parties will come right and left so you better be prepared to deal with puffiness. You can keep it at bay with lemonade. Add lemonade to your menu on the day of the party. Mix 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon, lime or calamansi juice, 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup, 1/10 tsp of cayenne pepper and 8 oz. of water. The beverage will reduce lymphatic inflammation brought about by large intake of carbs in as little as 2 hours. Drink one glass before having breakfast and lunch for best results.

The Painful Breakup

According to reports, one out of every two marriages in the US is failing. In other parts of the world it is also on the rise all the time. Most families have become dysfunctional and the sad part is, coming from a dysfunctional family is widely becoming fashionable. Even here in the Philippines where divorce is not permitted [but annulment is allowed], many families are crumbling.

For most spouses, breaking up not always so easy. I know that because I've witnessed two cases, my brother's divorce and my brother-in-law's annulment case. I've seen both agonize over the break-up. It was troubling, time consuming and expensive.

It seems so easy for couples to get married because they know that if their marriage does not work, they can easily apply for divorce. They may have justifiable reasons to decide on ending their marriage and getting a divorce, and from my own point of view, couples are better off with a divorce rather than keep suffering and be abused.

When couples decide to end their marriage, they should have a good attitude about it. One important tool in coping with it is the person's mindset. Learn to accept it and deal with the pain instead of trying to lock it away. Seek help from professionals to guide you through every step of the process of divorce.

Not Just About Fashion

To all the fashionistas out there, I found an interesting fashion site which caters to everything. I say everything because the site not only provides you with the latest in trends and designer clothing. Fashionling is your online portal to fashion and beyond. They bring you the latest fashion around the globe. Not just the chic creations of the hottest designers from NY, Milan, Paris and London but the fabulous clothing lines from India, Iraq, Turbans fashions, Japanese fashions and many more. You can also get hard to find costumes there, head wears, hairstyles and read about each country's cultures.

Find out about the latest news, tidbits, fashion tips, fashion events, personalities and their latest release. Plus, read about supermodel gossips. For those of you who love following the latest about their favorite super models, you can read them all here. I was just reading about the Abbey Clancy scandal, she was so jealous and drunk during her boyfriend's, Peter Crouch, birthday bash at The Valmont Club in Chelsea, UK. She slapped him in front of all those people because she though he was flirting with Aisleyne Hogan-Wallace, a former contestant at "Big Brother".

There are so much to read and I have just started. If you love the tips and tidbits I publish here, you'll definitely love everything at fashionling. Click on the links now and find the latest in fashion.

Beauty Tip # 2

Try to avoid looking at the mirror when you have a blemish. Picking at your skin only slows down healing time. If you got a pimple, try treating it with a clay mask which will help draw out the extra oil.

Dad is a Better Cook

Some things my friends look forward to when they come here at home to visit is good food, my fresh fruit juices and of course, home-brewed coffee. I came from a family of foodies and my passion for cooking was influenced by my dad who is also a good cook. My sibs and I grew up seeing our dad cook our meals during weekends. Mom can cook but her cooking is "miles away" compared to dad's. Oh mom, I hope you'll forgive me if you ever read this. ^.^

Dad is meticulous in everything, he makes sure he uses only the freshest ingredients. And when a dish calls for chicken liver, chicken liver it is... no substitutes. He does his cooking the old-fashioned way and each ingredient is peeled or prepared by hands. I think he's afraid of kitchen gadgets, lol.

Although my cooking was greatly influenced by my dad, I, on the other hand, love using gadgets. I like using food processor to chop onions and other vegetables, pressure cooker to tenderize meat, fruit presses and coffee maker to homebrew. These gadgets make my task easier and they're real time savers... gives me more time to blog. ^.^

For the newest gadgets and homebrew products visit They also have beer kits, wine kits and many more brewing accessories you can use to impress your friends.

The Peace Meme

Join The Revolution

Here are the rules and the story.
(1) Copy this into a post (2) ADD YOUR NAME to the bottom of the tag list
(3) Tag at as many people as you'd like.

The Peace Globe project began in the fall of 2006 with a simple post from one blog, Mimi Writes. The post ignited a flame in the blogosphere. The flame became a passion. The passion became a movement. It amazingly traveled from blog to blog to blog across the globe. Bloggers wrote passionate articles on what peace means to them, along with the promise of three Latin words scribbled on a globe - Dona Nobis Pacem (Grant Us Peace) - branded with the integrity of their names or blog names. It was positively inspiring to watch. And it began to happen all over the world - from Singapore to China to Afghanistan to Brooklyn.

It was simple. And powerful.

In less than three weeks bloggers from all across the globe will blog for peace.
We will speak with one voice. One subject. One day.
Won't you join us?

Loving The Photos

Did you know that the average woman spends 70 hours per week on work and housework? Just think about all those time we, as housewives, spend on preparing food, cleaning the house, washing clothes and taking care of the kids, double it for working moms. I don't think mine would sum up to 70 hours, it's definitely more than that. I am on call 24/7 and tired by the end of the day. Aside from my daily dose of caffeine, I need a "pick me up" to last the day.

Another way to increase energy that works much faster and longer than a cup of coffee is flowers. I've read an article about this, flower scents and flower sceneries boost the brain's production of beta waves by 25% in just a few minutes and the effects can last as long as 30 minutes. When I don't have fresh flowers at home I go to where they have a lot of beautiful flower photos. The photos are of high quality and what I love most about this web site is, you can rate the pictures. It's fun in a way because it helps me relax as well.

Try to visit the site if you're looking for cool pictures. They have tons of exciting photos under different categories to view and rate.

Beauty Tip #1

If you want to have shinier hair try this simple trick. Blow dry your hair when it's very wet. It might take longer that if you'd towel it dry first but your hair will definitely look shinier.

Blogging, EC, Phone Lookup

For about a week now, problems with Entrecard has affected a lot of bloggers. Most of the time the site is down which makes it so hard to complete the 300 maximum drops. It's not that I'm obliged to make 300 drops everyday but I feel guilty that I am not able to return the favor. I've also read several posts from bloggers complaining about this. I just hope that the people behind Entrecard will do something about it soon. To all my fellow entrecarders who regularly come here to drop their cards, thank you so much, I hope you understand if my other sites can't return the drops everyday. As soon as things get back to normal, expect me to be on your sites everyday.

Enough about Entrecard, if there's a bad news, there is good news too. I found a great site a while ago,, I say great because now I can finally locate all my long lost friends from high school who are scattered across the US and some relatives who lost contact. What makes Area Code Locator great among other phone lookup services is that it supplies you with all the information you will need like the full name of the owner, complete address, relative information, background information and more. It is easier to do a search here because you just have to provide the area code and you can perform a search right away.

Currently, there are 281 area codes delegated in North America and there are 14 more allocated for expansion. This service is also very useful when locating unlisted phone numbers, hard to find cellphone owner information, prank callers, telemarketers and other suspicious callers. And if you need more than just general information, detailed results about any number you search for can be accessed through the site's Reverse Phone Lookup service.

Locating anyone is now so easy with this service. Just click on the links and your can perform your search right away.

Does it fit to a tea?

I have mentioned a lot of times in my previous posts about the health benefits of tea. I am so sure you know by now that it lowers the risks of possible certain cancers, stroke and heart disease. But the big question is, does it deliver its most sought after benefit, to soothe and calm? Well, that's what they claim on their labels, right? The answer is YES and it has been proven by British researchers.

They divided 75 tea drinkers into two groups, one drank 4 cups of black tea a day, while the other group drank placebo tea. The latter is identical in taste, smell, and caffeine content, but lacking active tea ingredients. After six weeks, both groups underwent a stressful challenge. The result: Black tea drinkers had lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol than those who drank placebo tea. Cortisol is being linked to cravings for high fat and high sugar foods and can weaken the immune system. Try sipping a cp of tea when you area having a bad or stressful day, it does soothe and calm.

Can't sleep? Try this...

Has it ever happened to you that you are dead tired but when you're ready to sleep, you just can't? You're body is so tired but you're mind is still awake because you're thinking of the many tasks you have to do the next day. This simple trick I found is very effective so give it a try when it happens to you. Here's how to do it...

Using the heel of your open hand, rub the space between your eyebrows, imagining your worries gathering under your palm. Then exhale and float your hand away from your face. The trick will help release pent up energy. Pressing the third eye allows you to discharge all those racing thoughts and worries.

The Furniture Store

There was nothing much to do last night and I was able to do my EC drops early, so before heading to bed I had some time to surf the web. I stumbled upon a web site on Modern Furniture and it made me drool, lol. My old sofa is soggy and the kids are already asking for a replacement. Unexpected expenses have drained all my savings so now I'm starting to save up again for the new sofa.
Let me show you my dream sofa from Contemporary Furniture, the Skyline Contemporary Sofa, isn't it gorgeous? This one is made in Italy and made with solid pine wood frame and wedge feet. It will definitely look good in our living room. I like it so much and I hope I can convince hubs to spare some of his bonus to add to my savings, so I can get that dream sofa. I'm crossing my fingers because I like it so much and I know he likes Italian Furniture too.
I still have not checked all their Designer Furniture but I'm on my way there right now because after the dream sofa, my next project will be the Modern Bedroom...

Global Handwashing Day

October 15, 2008 is Global Handwashing Day so I've decided to repost an article about washing your hands twice. The vision of Global Handwashing Day is a local and global culture of handwashing with soap. We wash our hands with soap and water but did you know that very few wash their hands with soap at the critical occassions?

As mommies, we always remind our kids to wash their hands properly. Some new studies reveal that the best way to outsmart germs is to wash hands TWICE. A single washing removes less than 30% of bacteria. A second round of scrubbing and sudsing slashes bacteria levels by 92%. So moms..... let's teach our kids to wash their hands twice to shield them from illnesses caused by germs.

Coffee, Tea and Iron

Upon waking up in the morning, our first task is to prepare breakfast for the family. It is always nice to sit down in the morning with the whole family and have breakfast together with of course, a cup of hot coffee. But if you feel you need to have a dose of caffeine, try not have them with your meals because it can hinder iron absorption. This goes with tea as well.

Research shows that many women are not getting enough iron. And when you're not getting enough iron you become anemic. Tiredness, lack of concentration and sometimes breathlessness are the symptoms of anemia. Red meat is the best source of iron but it can also be found in dried fruits and green leafy vegetables.

Changing Shelf Liners

Is it time to change shelf liners on your kitchen shelves? There's no need to buy new ones that are sure to get dirty quickly, vinyl place mats that are no longer used can replace them. Simply cut place mats to the size of your shelves and lay them in place. They are sturdier than shelf paper and are easy to clean.

Spin Palace has a great mix of old and new games designed to please casual and seasoned players. You'll find classic games like slots machines, blackjack, craps, roulette and new games like video poker in 20 varying kinds.

The Secret to Youthful Skin

Want to have youthful skin? A nightly facial massage and an ice cube are the key to youthful skin. According to Swedish researchers, facial massage can reduce sagging by 62% after 8 to 12 sessions.

To do: Massage your forehead with small circular motions using the index and middle fingers of both hands, work your way out toward the temples. Then place fingers at the bridge of the nose and again work out toward the temples. Next, place your fingers at the corner of the nose and work your way across the cheeks and out toward the ears, then around the jawline and down the throat. Repeat the steps twice for a total of 2 minutes. Then rinse your face before rubbing an ice cube over it. Then apply moisturizer to the face and throat.

They use this process as treatment in spas so I'm sure it's going to work, I'm going to try it tonight. ;)

B is for Blocking

Weeding out MSG from your diet completely is difficult. You may have totally eliminated it from your cooking but many store-bought condiments, sauces and other foods contain MSG. The same goes when you're eating out so your best line of defense is to block it. A daily dose of vitamin B12 is what the experts recommend. It will help maintain a healthy brain because of the protective "myelin sheath" that surrounds the nerves, and the best thing is, vitamin B12 begins working within an hour of ingestion.

London Parking Problem Solved

London, one of the world's most crowded cities is short on parking spaces! Car owners are having problems looking for a space to park their cars in every day. Parking in London is getting so frustrating these days, according to Mia. By the way, Mia is my cousin who resides in London and she was telling me that she learned to take the bus when she goes to her office instead of bringing her own car. But not long before her husband discovered Parklet. The company eased out the daily frustrations they face when it comes to parking their cars.

Plus, the prices of monthly rentals are incredibly cheaper than comparable season ticket, contract parking, or local storage companies, and both of them are so glad because they'll be able to save more money, especially now that Mia is on a family way. She's not even bothered that something might happen to her car because the spaces are guaranteed, very safe and secure parking spaces.

If you happen to live in London and you're a having problems like Mia and her husband, try renting a parking space in London, they also have slots available in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and all other UK town and cities

Guaranteed Safe Parking

Most major cities in the world are getting more crowded, and with almost everyone owning 1 or 2 cars, parking is becoming a prime commodity. Just like in London, the parking spaces are filled up quickly, and I'm sure you won't like spending 30 minutes or so waiting for a slot. That would waste a lot of your time. The best option is to rent a garage. There are so many Garages in London that are available to be let. Security will never be a problem because your car is perfectly safe. From the thousand slots available, finding the perfect slot for you is so easy, there are so many spaces to choose from. And the best thing about is, it’s a lot cheaper than paying for a season parking ticket, a contract parking or even a storage service. You can come and go without any hassle.
The company can give you the best deals in the London area. They have over twelve thousand such garages and spaces for rent at monthly rates. Conventional parking spaces would charge more as they charge on a daily basis or even at hourly rates. The convenience of renting your own garage is that your monthly rate covers twenty four hours a day and seven days a week. They even have flexible terms to suit your needs. You can even rent on a five-day or seven-day basis. Your car and you is guaranteed safe and you can be sure that your prized car will be safe from careless drivers.

Resetting The Timer

Do you have irregular monthly periods? If you're tired of guessing when it will come every month, try resetting your monthly timer. I read the article of Dr. Michael Smolensky, the author of The Body Clock Guide to Better Health, and he says that placing a bare 100-watt light bulb 3 feet from the head of your bed can do the trick. Leave it on while you sleep on days 13 through 17 of your cycle [day 1 is the first day of menstruation].

According to him, "Menstrual cycle are strongly affected by nighttime moonlight exposure. And when women mimic a mid-cycle full moon in their bedrooms, they often start menstruating like clockwork."

The simple tweak can regulate unpredictable periods in just 3 months.

Be a Smart Dresser

The trend of tossing a comfy outfit can look fabulous. You may be wearing a very simple dress but with the right accessories you can look elegant and beautiful. For whatever outfit you want to wear, what matters is how you carry it and that you choose the ones you know will look good on you. And since fall has come, let us take cardigans for example. A scoop-neck cape that fastens mid-chest creates the illusion of saggy breasts and wide hips while a deep V formed when a cardigan is cinched at the waist and open across the chest trims the belly and elongates your entire body visually.

Be a wise shopper and a smart dresser. You don't have to spend all your savings to buy expensive clothes to look good, stylish and fashionable. If you have a flair for fashion, here's a great discovery, Fall Fashion at Stylehive. You can search the hive for cheap clothes and accessories. They have designer clothes, chic, unique, modern and tons of shoes and accessories. You can get them at 10-30% lower than their retail prizes at the malls. Make a click stop at stylehive and take advantage of the big discounts.

Laughing Out Loud

Lighten up and laugh out loud. When you hear a great laugh, it gets you going and it's good for your health. Do it on a regular basis and you'll have more energy, less stress and better relationships to others. Studies show that LOL not only can help us handle stress, it has wonderful effects on our heart, immune system and more.

Work, stress, problems, budgeting, kids tormenting each and sometimes "annoying" neighbors can give you nightmares. And instead of letting all these put you down, find ways to laugh. Experts say that a lighthearted approach to life can have more benefits, and laughing [even if you're faking it] can help you handle difficult situations.

So, laugh your way to BETTER HEALTH, it increases your body's level of beneficial hormones. Laugh your way to MORE ENERGY and fight fatigue. Laugh your way to LESS STRESS, people with a good sense of humor can cope better with stress. Laugh your way to STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS, laughter loosens you up and it's a lot easier to talk with others when your at ease. But wait, there's more.... laughing often makes you feel a lot younger. Hahahahaha :)

Crispy French Toast

I am sure you already know by now that baking your french toast is a lot healthier instead of frying. But baking doesn't make the crust crispy like the ones cooked in stove top with tons of butter.

To make it crunchy, dredge the egg-and-milk-soaked bread slices in crumbled cornflakes. Cook in 500 degrees farenheit oven for 10 minutes, turning once. The flakes sear in a flash so you get the fried texture without the extra fat.

Making Meals Lighter

You can make your meals lighter when you use sun-dried tomatoes rehydrated in water instead of the oil-packed variety when preparing your favorite pasta. Substitute fat-free feta cheese to regular ones and you'll save 36 calories and 5 grams of fat.

Saving Tip

Save more energy by installing motion-sensor lighting fixtures which turn on only when movement is detected, then turn off again automatically. Outdoor pathway lights and hallway lights waste energy and money.

Stained Nails

Having problems with your stained nails? You can clean them quickly with an old toothbrush and whitening toothpaste. See, they're not only good for your teeth. ^.^ Just scrub around the cuticle and under the nail. Then wash as usual, you'll see the stain disappear immediately. But for stubborn nails, dip your fingers quickly in bleach and brush stains off, then wash with soap and water thoroughly.

More About The Beans

What is nature's way of fighting free radicals? Antioxidants. They fight the free radicals [molecules] that mess up the good cells. And for more than five decades, these antioxidants have been a part of so many beauty products and regimens. But not many of us know that antioxidants are abundant in fruits, vegetables, chocolate and COFFEE. Studies prove that coffee has more antioxidants than green tea.

This is probably the reason why coffee wholesalers have launched a world wide campaign for coffee products and coffee shops have mushroomed everywhere. Nicaragua is one of the world's top producers of cheap bulk coffee beans with a touch of caramel and nougat. And I would love to have a cup of that right now! Mmm, I can just imagine the aroma with the sweetness of caramel.

If you are a coffee lover too, the links will direct you to the site where you can purchase wholesale coffee roasters and cheap coffee beans.

Happy And Beautiful

Feet, the most abused part of the body should need some pampering too. And the best way to do it? Peppermint oil. The oil's menthol and menthone produce an instant and pronounced cooling sensation on the skin and the body responds with a burst of energizing blood flow to warm the area. It invigorates and soothes weary feet. And here's a bonus: Peppermint oil has natural antimicrobial properties that inhibit the growth of bacteria and yeast keeping your feet smelling good.

To do: Add half a cup of salt to a basin of warm water. Soak and relax feet for 20 minutes. Get a pumice stone and rub away any calluses. Wipe your feet dry, add 2 drops of peppermint oil to your moisturizer and rub in thoroughly. Wear cotton socks and allow the moisturizer to penetrate, or overnight.

Bra Alert

Ladies, do you choose your bras well? It's important that we have our bra sizes properly measured. If you love using bras with skinny straps that dig, read on. Studies show that wearing a tight strap bra that digs into your shoulder can put downward pressure. The results can be neck pain, numbness and frequent headaches. It can also cause pain that radiates all the way from your shoulders to your hands if you've been using it for a long time. Choose a well-fitting bra and make sure it's comfortable.

You Owe It To Them

The first thing any businessman should do before marketing his products is to brand them. The process of branding is intended to identify the products and services of sellers to differentiate them from others. It is about getting the consumers to notice your product not only as unique but the as only one that provides a solution to satisfy their needs. Branding has become an important component of our daily lives. It is a collection of images and ideas representing your company and your goods. A reputable Marketing Company usually offers you packages that include logos, symbols, fonts, color schemes and sounds identifying it as your very own.
When your product has a good brand, it shows the world that you have credibility and you are able to connect with your market prospects emotionally. Your business is able to motivate the consumers and you certainly establish loyalty with them. For you to be able to succeed in branding and give your buyers the best solution, you must fully understand your target's needs and wants. And the easiest way of doing it is to integrate your brand strategies through your company at every point of public contact. It should remain in the hearts and minds of your buyers. It is the overall sum of how buyers see you, your products and their experiences using them.
Any business should take time to invest on how to make a good impression to consumers if you’re planning to build a brand. It is your commitment to your consumers, therefore, you owe it to them to deliver and present a good, quality brand.

Bingo is a game my siblings and I used to play when we were younger. It's one of our favorite activities during weekends. It's a fun and exciting game and you simply have to know the basics to enjoy the game. And of course, the most exciting part is being the first one to yell the magic words, B-I-N-G-O!!!

Nowadays, bingo can be played online. With online bingo, you get to socialize and have fun right at the comfort of your home. Playing offline is fun too but I'd give online bingo a shot if I were you.

Hey, Couch Potato

The Couch Potato is going to love this news. South Carolina researchers found that people who are overweight but fit have a 50% lower risk of dying that normal-weight couch potatoes. The reason for this is because physical activities protects against life shortening dangers like heart disease and stroke, regardless of the weight. BEING FIT is better than being thin. And the best news is, you don't have to exercise to death, just 30 minutes of moderate exercise like walking is enough to do the trick.

My Heavy Handbag

I was never aware that a full handbag can weigh as much as 10 pounds until I read an article about it. All I know is that my handbag is heavy and have not even thought of weighing it. Hmmm, if my handbag could weigh that much, it's no surprise that carrying it over my shoulder can cause neck and shoulder problems. Start Your Day With Eggs

We've heard so many news before that eggs may increase cholesterol levels and up the risk of heart disease. Contrary to this news, a recent study shows that none of their egg-eating subjects who are dieters, had higher levels of cholesterol and triglyceride. The study showed that women who ate 2 eggs every morning consumed fewer calories a day and lost 65% more weight than those who ate a bagel.

Eggs are packed with filling proteins and 2 a day will make you feel fuller, longer. You can banish overeating for good because eggs are good day-starters.

Wine For Diet

But recent studies show that these antioxidants also regulate blood sugar, a benefit that curbs cravings to help you lose those pounds. They recommend sipping red wine daily to enjoy the benefits.

You Wanna Bingo?

I remember when my siblings and I were still young, playing bingo is one of our favorite activities during weekends. Some of my cousins would sleep over on Fridays and Saturdays and right after dinner we would get those cards ready. Mom would whip up a yummy snack for all of us to enjoy. Bingo is a fun and exciting game and it's fairly easy to play. Knowing the basics is the secret to unlocking the excitement of the game and of course, being the first one to yell BINGO!!! makes it more thrilling.

My kids got hooked on bingo too, and although they are older, they enjoy playing the Disney Bingo my sister sent last month. It's perfect for all ages and it's a great time to bond with them. The game is not the same as the one's we've had before, it's a dvd game but it's a lot more fun because the game features clips from our favorite Disney movies. Gives you that old familiar feeling. I'm going to insert the clip so you'll have an idea of what I'm talking about. offers Disney Bingo at a very attractive price, only $15.99. That's really a good price so grab one now and start having fun with your kids.
