Sensational Caribbean
The Caribbean is one of the places my family dreams of visiting someday. As I have mentioned a lot of times already in this blog, we love spending time fishing and swimming. Summer will never be complete without at least one trip to the beach. The farthest we've gone is Guam, more often, we would visit nearby provinces and enjoy their beautiful beaches. Last year we were in Pagbilao, Quezon and oh it was so much fun!
But while the Caribbean still remains a dream, the kids and I love to explore the internet and learn about the place -- its picturesque views, the exclusive caribbean hotels, and the wonderful beaches. We love viewing the seductive beauty of the Caribbean through the web. Someday I told them, we would go for an all inclusive hotels vacation. Who knows, next year (crossing my fingers) we might be booking for Ocho Rios hotels. :)
How about you? What are your plans this summer? If you are tired of the cold weather and you're thinking of going to the beach, then I would say consider visiting the Caribbean. This paradise has been noted for its picturesque beaches, emerald jungles, rugged mountains and a perfect climate. No wonder it tops the list of the best places to visit. I'm sure you love to travel in style, bask in the sun, enjoy long and quiet walks on the shore, and take a dip in the beautiful deep blue waters of the island. That's what Caribbean is all about.

DIY Body Mist
These cute, white flowers are known as neroli, and according to legend, the Princess of Nerola in Italy had such a passion for the peppery aroma of these flowers that they were named after her. The oil that comes from these beauties is as beneficial for the health of your skin as it is luscious. In fact, the oil has been shown to soothe skin and your senses. The scent of the neroli flower will instantly ease tension and create a carefree feeling. For a calming body mist, follow this easy recipe I found.
- 10 to 15 drops of neroli essential oil
- 1 oz. glass misting bottle filled with spring or distilled water
Show Your Wares
Putting up a booth is not time consuming, and there are budget pop-ups, truss and panels available for a minimal cost. If you have been to trade shows before then I'm pretty sure you already have an idea on how to put up your exhibit booths. Banner stands and logo floor mats are the first things visitors will notice so pay close attention in setting them up.
Trade shows are one of the cheapest ways to showcase your products. Reach a wider audience and learn more about these by clicking on the links.

Strawberry To The Rescue
For a skin-clearing mask, do this: In a bowl, mash 8 berries with a fork. Stir in 2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Apply to face. Let sit for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Refrigerate excess mask in an airtight container. It will last for up to 1 week.

Be More Energetic With Turquoise
Gem therapists believe it too. They say that turquoise is linked to the 3rd Chakra, which is the body's spiritual energy center located just below the ribs. What it does is to focus on a person's energy and accentuate her powers of intuition and awareness. And to garner the most power from this gem, they recommend wearing a turquoise pendant that dangles below your heart. But of course you can also tap into spiritual energy by wearing turquoise rings or bracelets.

RT|WW - Let's shoot baskets!
Dead, 3 times!
He is now back at home, not quite back as himself because the loss of oxygen, we were told, had an effect on his brain. He doesn't remember what happened and has also forgotten a lot of things. Had it not been for the young intern sitting beside him inside the church where it happened, we could have lost him. The student doctor was on his way to school but happened to pass by the church to hear the early morning mass. When FIL fainted beside him, they rushed him to his car, got his Pelican Cases out and administered first aid. He felt no pulse so they immediately rushed him to the hospital. We will forever be grateful to this man.
Although not quite the same, FIL still does the same things he did before it happened. But with some therapies, we are hopeful he'll recover from it.
