Eat these for beautiful hair

Styling products can do only so much when it comes to beautiful hair. To keep your looks looking pretty, you need to nourish your hair from the inside out by eating foods that promote strength and shine. Here are some of them...

Chickpeas. They are not only packed with zinc and folate (nutrients that promote hair health), but chickpeas are a great source of iron-rich protein, an important combination for hair growth and repair.

Skinless Chicken. It is another healthy source of protein, and it's packed with B vitamins (folate, B6 and B12) that maintain healthy hair. These vitamins play a major role in the creation of red blood cells, which carry oxygen and nutrients to all body cells, including those of the scalp, follicles and growing hair. When the body lacks B, the cells can starve, causing shedding, slow growth or weak strands that are prone to breaking.

Lentils. These are especially high in both folate and iron, two powerful nutrients that nourish your locks.

Strawberries. Oranges often get the credit as the best vitamin C source, but did you know that just eight strawberries deliver 100 percent of your daily value? Strawberries are a juicy, delicious source of vitamin C, which is largely responsible for the health of collagen. Hair follicles require collagen for optimal growth.

Peanuts. You may have heard about the benefits of biotin for hair health in a shampoo ad and peanuts are a great source of this mineral.

Kale. Vitamin A is necessary for healthy cell growth and regularly eating kale, a leafy green vegetable, is one of the best ways to pack beta carotene (which is converted into vitamin A) into your diet for healthier locks.

The New Tires

Since my husband's eyes went bad, I took cake of the repair and maintenance of the car. Yesterday I was at the tire shop to buy new ones to replace the balding tires. It was my first time to witness the repairman man change the tires using a Coats tire machine. It was fascinating to watch and i was actually amazed at how easy it was to take off the tire from the tire rim. I've seen this done when I was young and they don't have the tire changers yet. It took the man a lot of skills to remove the tire using a long flat steel. With the tire machine, even I can do it.

Natural Pore Minimizer

Large pores on your face? It could be discouraging and unsightly. Pores become enlarged when they get clogged with dead skin cells, dirt, and debris. This can leave your skin looking dull, rough, and dry. A pore minimizer works to open them up and clear away those ugly flakes and debris. Here's a natural pore minimizer you can do at home. Simply combine lemon juice, rose water, and cucumber for a cheap and natural solution to large pores. To do: Just crush up and peel 1 small cucumber and combine with a few drops of lemon juice. Add a teaspoon of rose water and mix together. Put the mixture over two separate layers of a thin cloth (cheese cloth is perfect) and place it directly over your face. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the cloth and then thoroughly rinse your face.

Poster Printing Made Easy

Gone are the days when custom poster printing services take much of your time and effort. Now you don't have to wait a long time to have your posters printed. Why, I'm sure you're already tired of having to check and adjust your design then take it back to the printers. You're lucky if they got that right the second time. Sometimes the printers will send it back to you to adjust the design once again. Tiring, troublesome, inconvenient, slow and expensive; I know, because I've been there too.

Sometimes I even wonder why in the world can't these custom poster printing people get it right the first time. I hate the feeling of being tossed back and forth like a ping-pong ball, just for them to perfect the posters. But then again, nothing happens overnight when it comes to printing posters, especially if you order in bulk. It's a good thing that now we have the internet. This along with the advances in printing technology make things a lot faster. If you want to try it online and view more here, you'll find out that it won't take you as long to have all your posters printed. You can easily email your designs and instructions and the printers will do the rest. Should you need to re-adjust your design or they need something from you, you can communicate through email or customer support. The process saves you a lot of time because everything can be done in minutes. It saves you money too because you don't have to go back to the printer again and again.

It only takes a few days to have your posters delivered right to your doorstep, and the service has become more affordable. If you ever need this service, simply visit the website and you'll get to know more about their pricing packages.

Bumpy underarms?

Ingrown hairs are to blame for this. And to make matters worse, they can leave dark spots as they heal. To prevent it, experts recommend using a roll-on deodorant that contains urea and salicylic acid. This will help soften hair and keep underarm skin exfoliated. It will also be best to shave at the end of your shower, when hair is softer, so the freshly shaved hairs will be less likely to poke your skin.
