Hot Cocoa News

Got high blood pressure? Here's some good news, hot cocoa lowers blood pressure! Just 2 cups a day of this delicious drink can reduce your blood pressure, enough to slash your stroke risk by 20%. How it works? Cocoa's flavonols increase the body's output ot nitric oxide, a chemical that dilates blood vessels to ease pressure on their walls. So there, you have one more reason to enjoy this yummy drink.

So sorry I was away for a couple of days Liza. I had to go to the DR. today and my sciatic nerve is pinched.

I have been in terrible for weeks now but was trying to ride it out. But, these last 2 days just got so bad I couldn't stand it any longer.

Now, I am woozy woozy on medication...but, this time I don't care...I am just grateful to have some relief!!
