RT|WW - What could it be?

I am not so sure of this one.  Hubs and I found this while we were taking an afternoon walk.  We were wondering if it's a water pump or a fire hydrant.  The thing is, it is red and it's a perfect RUBY entry.

    My guess is a fire hydrant.Nice red tile too, leading in towards the picked gate.

    What ever it is, a little bit of ruby goes a long way. It is splendid, and even a little bit of red ads such class to any neighborhood!

    Probably water but maybe not a hydrant although the color red dictates it is important. :)
