Weekend Snapshot - #11

As the author says, everybody loves weekend, it is the time for leisure, recreation and other religious activities. And when everyone is having a grand time, you want to capture it and share it with others. That’s why Weekend Snapshot is here for you. Come and join the fun here.


Weekend was spent at home so I was not able to take photos but mom made this very delicious fresh spring rolls for dinner. The fresh spring rolls or the lumpiang sariwa in Filipino consist of 'ubod' (heart of the coconut), carrots, chick peas and sweet potatoes and topped with a special sauce.

    Our Singaporean spring rolls have different fillings inside. But they all taste delicious!

    made me remember the ones we used to have at the province ... though the sauce there wasn't as dark, and tasted garlicky. :)
