It has been found that the pill can drain mental and physical energy. The experts agree that the Estrogen in birth control pills reduces levels of B vitamins: B12 which protects memory and B6 which guards against depression. This results to brain fog and lack of motivation. To sidestep this, pill takers are advised to include 3 servings of green leafy vegetables in their diet daily.
