Pumpkin Pudding Facial

The carotenoids that give pumpkin it's orange hue, are wrinkle-fighting plant pigments that help neutralize free radicals in the skin. This keeps them from damaging the cells that fast-forward aging. The yummy pumpkin is packed with vitamin C, E, A and powerful enzymes that help cleanse the skin, plus it has hydrating properties.

For a smooth on facial, try this yummy pudding recipe: In a food processor or blender, combine 2 cups canned pumpkin, 4 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt, 4 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice. Coat face; leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse. To make a sweeter pudding, add 2 tablespoons 1/3 less fat cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Eat and apply the facial once a week for soft and well-hydrated skin.

Thank You Carlota!!!
