Instantly Relax your Mind and Body


When a tense and stressful day triggers body aches, stop and gaze at chocolates. Simply looking at those rich brown hues stimulates the pituitary gland. This triggers the release of endorphins, feel-good hormones that flood the body after physical activity to ward off pain. Within minutes, you'll have a calmer mind and an ache-free body. :)

    Ako talaga when I feel down, kahit yung maliit lang na putol ng chocolate or even hot choco makes me happier :)
