Seven months after I have stopped smoking, I have gained a lot of weight. I did cut back on my food intake and I workout regularly but these don't seem to help. I understand that this is normal when you quit smoking but I think seven months is too long already. I am getting frustrated and impatient. I need to lose at least some of these pounds or else I'll have to buy a new set of wardrobe. My friend says she found the best fat burner for me. I'm going to try it and I pray that it works for me.
