Running around the office all day beating deadlines then hurrying home to prepare supper can leave you feeling emotionally, physically or mentally worn out. The fix? Take the plunge! Salt water helps get rid of toxins. But if you don't live by the beach, you can mix a bath salt on your own. To do: In a tub full of water, mix together 1/3 C Epsom salt, 1/3 C Sea Salt, 1/3 C Baking Soda, 3 drops lavendar essential oil (optional, for added relaxation). Get in and soak for 15-20 minutes.
