Photo Hunt - Hot
Capsicum Pepper or Siling Labuyo in Filipino is a diminutive fruit with a fiery goodness. These are the smallest variety of hot peppers found in the Philippines. It's a very popular condiment but can also be used for arthritis and rheumatism by crushing the fruit and mixing it with oil and applying it to the affected part.

I like to grow these for their appearance. We rarely eat them because the kids find them to be hot.

We called that cili padi over here. We have 2 varieties here. The local ones are smaller and extremely hot whereas the Thai ones are mediocre.
Peppers look so pretty growing in the garden. I haven't tried this specific kind of pepper, but I LOVE spicy food. Hope you have a great weekend.

We use hot pepper in our cooking and the most common one here in the local store is Jalpeno pepperes.
ohhh that sure is HOT! I love to used it with vinigar as a dipping for fried fish! YUM! mine is kinda late..hehehe
