Healthy Snacks for the Brain
Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and squash seeds are a great snack with healthy fats, protein, fiber and minerals. These seeds contain a high level of polyunsaturated oils and magnesium which are very important to the health of our brains.
The sunflower seed is the fruit of the sunflower. These seeds are commonly eaten as a healthy snack and are also sold as food for pets and wild birds.
