Get Fit Tips
Wanting to lose those extra lbs. but don't have the time to go to the gym and work-out? Here are some simple tips to help you shed those unwanted pounds.
- Find your fitness passion. For exercise, do anything you enjoy that will keep you active at least 30 minutes every day.
- Eat immediately after a workout, if you can. Your body won’t be able to recover fully if you don’t eat and drink water within an hour-and-a-half after you exercise. Stay away from too much sugar.
- Never skip meals. If you want to lose weight, do it with exercise. Nutrition and workout must always come together.
- Eat small but frequent meals. Follow a low-fat, high-protein diet.
- Be consistent. Your motivation should be strong enough to sustain you through laziness and pain. Keep telling yourself why you’re doing what you’re doing to keep you on track.
- It’s never too late to get fit. There’s no age requirement for exercise. You can start exercising even in your 40’s and beyond.

Luckily when I had my 2nd baby, I slimmed down without any effort :)
Oh I need those slimming tips badly! I've recently gained some extra pounds and I have only 15 days to lose them. Oh horrors!
