Don't You Just Love Ice Cream?

Ice cream is an old time favorite dessert of almost everybody. I don't think I have ever encountered a person who doesn't love this frozen treat. Although packed with very high caloric content, you can get a lot protein from it too. My kids love ice cream so much that it's a permanent fixture in my grocery list.
