Byebye Puffy Face

Consuming carb-rich foods especially during the holiday season often results to facial puffiness. It's only 61 days before Christmas and soon parties will come right and left so you better be prepared to deal with puffiness. You can keep it at bay with lemonade. Add lemonade to your menu on the day of the party. Mix 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon, lime or calamansi juice, 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup, 1/10 tsp of cayenne pepper and 8 oz. of water. The beverage will reduce lymphatic inflammation brought about by large intake of carbs in as little as 2 hours. Drink one glass before having breakfast and lunch for best results.
