Stretch Marks
Do you have stretch marks? These are the result of the rapid stretching of the skin due to rapid growth or weight gain. Yes, our skin is fairly elastic but rapid stretching will leave permanent stretch marks. This is because of the tearing of the dermis, it can diminish over time but won't disappear completely.
Pregnancy and losing/gaining weight fast are the main reasons we have stretch marks. I read that taking 1000 mg of Vitamin C and 400 IUs of Vitamin E every day are necessary to keep our skin healthy. Both vitamins can help repair stretch marks. It will also help to massage the skin with cream or lotion containing Vitamin E, cocoa butter and other minerals. This will help maintain moisture in our skin.

I hope all has been well with you and here's to a brand new year of friendship :D!

SO does Vitamin C work for lines and wrinkles in the face which are basically stretched and sagging skin due to aging (Doesn't that sound horrible LOL)
