Cravings
Now that I have an appetite suppressant, my way to thin will be much easier than it used to. My metabolism is so slow, it seems that everything I take in is stored in my body, for good! A thirty minute a day work out is not enough to lose unwanted pounds. I knew somehow, I needed something to stop my cravings. So after contemplating on it, I've decided to give it a try. I will start taking it tomorrow with high hopes that it will work. I'll let you know what happens. :)

Hey Liza,
I have heard that this type of drugs really work, but I am too skeptical about them: I prefer to exercise for two hours/day.
What I have also heard is that magnesium does the same thing (it suppresses appetite for sweet things).
