Behind the Wrinkles
1) Commit to cleansing. Clean your face twice daily using a gentle facial cleanser. Avoid using soap because most soaps contain harsh ingredients that may harm skin.
2) Maintain skin moisture. Right after cleansing, apply a good moisturizer. Lack of moisture can easily dry your skin and make you look older. It would be best to apply it while skin is still damp after washing or bathing.
3) Swear by sunscreen. Too much sun can leave your skin dull and dry so never step out the door without applying sunscreen. Do it even when it's cloudy.
4) Try topicals. If you already have fine lines and wrinkles, applying an anti-wrinkle cream would be a great idea. This will help lighten the wrinkles and make you look younger.
5) Curb crash diets. If you need to shed off pounds, do it slowly but surely. Losing weight quickly can lead to sagging skin.

I've read somewhere, that if we want to get rid of the wrinkles we should eat healthy with vegetables in our menu and use some specific creams.
Personally, I got some from this clinic: http://www.skinvitality.ca/
I must admit that I have great results... my skin looks more healthier, smoother and I absolutely love the results.
