Beautiful! It's scientific name is Caesalpinia pulcherrima and it's commonly known here as the peacock flowers. Lots of them here in Singapore.
Similar with Jama, we call it Peacock flower here (Indonesia).

The flowers are totally unknown to me. I find fire flowers is an appropriate name.They've got both the colors and strength of a fire.
