Avoid smoking. It may look glamorous in the movies, but did you know that one stick of cigarette contains thousands of chemicals?  Smoking
depletes your body of oxygen and nutrients thus the appearance of premature wrinkles.

Get enough sleep. Hormones are produced by the brain that help repair cells and tissues in the skin, bones, and muscles during sleep, so it's important that these hormones get enough time to to their job.
