Be Properly Represented

Desperate and facing multiple lawsuits.  That's what my parents felt back in the early 90's when our export and import business started to decline. It even came to a point when they were already experiencing a heavy barrage of harassing phone calls and letters; all threatening them to pay up. Friends and some family who used to be close to us started avoiding us as well. We've sold most of our assets but they were not enough to pay all debts and we were on the verge of losing the only property left... our home.

They were starting to feel hopeless and didn't know what to do but luckily, mom found an ad for a phoenix bankruptcy attorney. An appointment was set immediately and after a few days of study, the lawyer accepted my dad's case. It turned out the lawyer was an expert and he was a respected one.  He didn't promise anything but he assured dad that he'd do all he can to help.

True enough, our family passed the dark times through the help of this lawyer. A few years later after that, my parents were able to stand up again. They are in a different line of business, wiser and are doing well.

Bankruptcy is a big problem but never be afraid of it. If you do not know what to do, call for an expert for help. You'll never believe how easier things will be for you if you are properly represented.
