Review: Bonapiel AntiAging Moisturizer with Peptides, Matrixyl and Vitamin E

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I've never really paid attention to taking care of my skin when I was younger, so when I turned forty a few years ago, I panicked. Not that I am afraid to look old, I just want to still look my best even if I'm ageing. At forty six, I am lucky not to have wrinkles yet even if I didn't take care of my skin well, although I have to admit that I have crow's feet. But, with proper care and the right moisturizing cream, I am positive that those lines will become less visible and I'll be able to delay the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

I like trying out different creams and moisturizers to see what works well on my skin. So, when an opportunity to review Bonapiel, an anti-aging moisturizer with peptides, matrixyl and vitamin E on Tomoson opened up, I applied. Glad I was approved. I ordered it through Amazon and the product was sent to me within three days.

Application

Apply a small amount onto clean skin and massage gently in soft circular motions until absorbed.

My Opinion

I like that the cream is light and it dries up pretty fast as you massage it onto the skin. There is no sticky feeling and my face didn't look shiny at all. I have oily skin and one reason that I stayed away from creams and moisturizers back then is because I didn't want my face to glisten after application. As for my crow's feet, I think it's still too early to tell. I don't think there is a moisturizer that delivers results after only a few days of use. I still have to see and will update you guys on how it worked for me.

Update: It's been a month and I'm glad to see improvements on my crow's feet. The lines, although still visible have lightened. I'm not really expecting it to totally eliminate the lines, but I'm amazed with the results. This moisturizer definitely delivers!

Pros

It is rich, but very light. Skin feels instantly smooth and velvety after application. The moisturizing cream has a pleasant minty smell. To me, that is a plus. I hate using creams that smell like makeup. It has a nice packaging as well. By just looking at the bottle, you can tell that it looks expensive.

Cons

I honestly don't find anything I don't like in this awesome cream.

Recommendation

If you're looking to moisturize your skin and make it look youthful, Bonapiel Moisturizing Cream is for you. It leaves skin supple without making it look shiny.
