Wanting to lose those extra lbs. but don't have the time to go to the gym and work-out? Here are some simple tips to help you shed those unwanted pounds.

  1. Find your fitness passion. For exercise, do anything you enjoy that will keep you active at least 30 minutes every day.
  2. Eat immediately after a workout, if you can. Your body won’t be able to recover fully if you don’t eat and drink water within an hour-and-a-half after you exercise. Stay away from too much sugar.
  3. Never skip meals. If you want to lose weight, do it with exercise. Nutrition and workout must always come together.
  4. Eat small but frequent meals. Follow a low-fat, high-protein diet.
  5. Be consistent. Your motivation should be strong enough to sustain you through laziness and pain. Keep telling yourself why you’re doing what you’re doing to keep you on track.
  6. It’s never too late to get fit. There’s no age requirement for exercise. You can start exercising even in your 40’s and beyond.

Oh I need those slimming tips badly! I've recently gained some extra pounds and I have only 15 days to lose them. Oh horrors!
