Photo Hunt - Different

photohuntersweekly.gif
This week's theme is DIFFERENT. This one was a toughie for me and I had to really think how I could present DIFFERENT. I was out buying some stuff the other day when my youngest asked for a Shawarma, this gave me an idea. Shawarma is a popular dish and fast-food staple across the Middle East, and is consumed across the rest of the world as well. It is typically made of pork meat, chicken, beef or lamb.
Shawarma is made up into a sandwich with pita bread or rolled up in lafa (a sweet, fluffy flatbread) together with vegetables and a dressing (tahini). A traditional Shawarma looks like this....
In the Philippines, Shawarma is not only served as a sandwich, as rice is the staple food of the Filipinos, this Shawarma kiosk has a different way of serving it, their Shawarma is served with Java rice.

Hey Liza,

I came to ask you something: I am preparing to post my tags, and I was wondering if you had tagged me recently (I think you have, yet I can't find the link to the post)...if you have, could you please send me the link again? Sorry for the inconvenience :(...

Have a blessed weekend!

Cheers
