Orange Wonders

The orange is not only a yummy and nutritious fruit. Aside from giving us our daily B vitamin needs, the citrus fruit can give you a brighter, younger looking skin. When your skin looks flaky,, just squeeze one ripe orange into a bowl. Dip a cotton ball in the juice and pat your cheeks, chin, forehead and neck. Let dry for 10 minutes, then rinse. The citric acid cleanses the pores and takes off dead skin cells while the Vitamin C firm and tighten the skin for an instant youthful glow.
