Floss It!

A recent study found that the build up of plaque in the mouth may allow harmful bacteria to enter blood vessels in the heart. According to the research, there is an association between gum disease and an increased risk for heart disease. To reduce the risk, try flossing after every meal.

If I don't floss kulang ang daily hygiene ko LOL Kasi talaga minsan foods get stuck in between your teeth eh...

yep! nice info mom! the infection from the mouth/gums/throat descends to the heart pag di nagamot, hence, heart disease. :)
