B is for Blocking
Weeding out MSG from your diet completely is difficult. You may have totally eliminated it from your cooking but many store-bought condiments, sauces and other foods contain MSG. The same goes when you're eating out so your best line of defense is to block it. A daily dose of vitamin B12 is what the experts recommend. It will help maintain a healthy brain because of the protective "myelin sheath" that surrounds the nerves, and the best thing is, vitamin B12 begins working within an hour of ingestion.

Hi Liza, we don't practice using MSG kahit dun sa pinas. I can tell pag may MSG ang pagkakain pag kakain ako sa labas dahil iba talaga ang lasa. Sad to say, most people in the Philippines can't live without it.
