Hey, Couch Potato

The Couch Potato is going to love this news. South Carolina researchers found that people who are overweight but fit have a 50% lower risk of dying that normal-weight couch potatoes. The reason for this is because physical activities protects against life shortening dangers like heart disease and stroke, regardless of the weight. BEING FIT is better than being thin. And the best news is, you don't have to exercise to death, just 30 minutes of moderate exercise like walking is enough to do the trick.

Yep...stop worrying about being fat and be fit instead. Lot's of us fat folks are actually fairly fit.
