I was over at Confessions of a Fitness Diva to drop my entrecard and I read her most recent post, Cookie Burn! She got a blister from the hot oven and I made a comment. I was typing too fast and typed "ouch! i hope it leaves a scar" instead of "ouch! i hope it doesn't leave a scar." She alerted me and I know she got mad and told me that she deleted the comment.
To fitness diva, I deeply apologize, I didn't mean to type it that way. Thanks for deleting the comment and I learned a lesson today, "always re-read what you type before hitting submit."

Oh I know how easy it is to think one thing and type another. I'm sure she knew that you didn't mean it. I'm glad you had the opportunity to set the record straight!
Yup that happens to me a lot. I think faster than I type, so I tend to miss some words sometimes. It's good when comment boxes are not moderated so you can still make correction even after posting. Anyway, you made an honest mistake, I'm sure it's forgiven, lol.
i really need to re- read anything I type before i published or print it... I get a lot of those specially when I'm blogging and I am tired...

That was a key word that got left out. I must admit, I usually don't proof my comments before publishing either. It woul be nice if there was an "edit" option where if you realize later you goofed, it could easily be corrected.

yes, that happened to me too and that's why i've been wishing that there's some kind of edit button somewhere pero wala eh. good thing, you were able to set things straight.

I've done the same thing too and have learned to re-read what I've written. An honest mistake, so I hope you haven't beaten yourself up too much over it.
I've also made typos while texting someone...
I know what I want to type, but my fingers sometimes have a mind of their own.

I should have figured that for a typo! It was too crazy! LOL
I'm thinkin' "what did I ever do to this woman?" lol I was kind of shocked! :O
I'm also quick to react; I could have written you in private, but I was like "no, I'm answering her RIGHT NOW! ON HER BLOG!!" lol

This has happened to me on many occasions. I catch it a lot but I hate to think about the ones I don't catch!
typos happen, in cases like it helps to know the blogger friend and who posted the comment and how he/she usually comment on our posts.
so far, i haven't met who blogger who didn't mean well in his/her comments to another blogger
