DIY Toner

Did you know that fresh lemon juice makes a great toner for skin and can fade any discoloration for a more even complexion? Here's what you should do: Simply dilute 1/4 cup lemon juice with 3 tablespoons witch hazel oil and 2 tablespoons water, then apply over freshly washed skin. You'll have brighter skin in just a few days. This DIY toner will last for three to five days.

Great photo and tip for using lemons. You can also use lemons to clean up and brighten your nails also, just squeeze the juice out of them and let your finger tips sit in the juice while watching TV :)

Another tip, take an old lemon, cut it in half and put it in a small bowl of water into the microwave. Set on high for 5 mins - then presto, use a cloth to wipe and your microwave is super clean (all that grime comes off easy as pie, and it smells great also.

Thanks.
