Drink Green

I'm sure you already know the many benefits of green tea because of its antioxidant polyphenols.  But new studies show the active ingredient catechin, may crank up metabolism.  They found out that dieters who drank more of the brew lost more weight than those who didn't.  So why go for phentermine if you can lose more the natural way?


How much do you have to drink? According to one study, if you drink five eight-ounce cups of green tea a day, you can increase your energy expenditure by 90 calories a day. That may sound a lot, but that's not hard to do if you also drink it iced. :)

love tea. i have not problem drinking tea. i prefer it to coffee.
