To my friend Gina, dieting wan as unappealing as hiking up stairs.  She had witnessed enough of her family's weight struggles to know that she didn't want to yo-yo through life.  It was only after her brother had a serious health problem due to obesity that she realized she too,  had to shed off the pounds.  She started walking 30 minutes daily and have already lost a few.  She also checked weight loss pill reviews of some popular brands to aid fat burn.  She also sneaks a little exercise into every activity, like stretching while dusting the house.  Great job Gi!
