Feel Great with Lime


Running low on energy?  Add lime to your dish or snack to ward off tiredness.  The fruit is rich in vitamin B6 and potassium.  These nutrients convert stores of carbohydrates into energy and help regulate blood sugar levels for a steady dose of pep.  Here's an idea:  Squeeze lime over fresh mango, add a sprinkle of chili powder and enjoy!
