Working on Isolation of B cells

It's only been a month but my sister is being promoted to a higher position.  She resigned from the lab in CT where she used to work because she was accepted to a lab in NY that specializes on stem cell research.  She was assigned at the cell isolation department.  This is something new to her because she was used to tissue analysis but the kits for the Isolation of B cells that she used allowed her to do her job easily.  She says that her job now is even easier to what she did before.  Her new boss was impressed with her performance that promotion was recommended.  It has been approved and starting next week, she will be assistant to the lab manager.
