Fabulous Wedding Decorations

Who says you need a wedding planner to make a perfect wedding?  My sister's friend, Belinda, did it all by herself.  From the church to the reception, her bridal gown, the flowers, the cake and the food; she was the one who made all the arrangements and the designs.  I heard she even went to a lot of restaurants for the food tasting.  With the help of some of her closest cousins and friends, they did all wedding decorations.  The bride and the groom didn't have a big budget for their wedding but Belinda made her wedding look so beautiful.   It was a simple but elegant wedding.  We all thought they spent a lot of money on this wedding because it was a grand celebration; we were all surprised when we learned that she had a limited budget for the wedding.
