Personal Word Of Mouth Marketing Is Still Advertisement

Businesses in the food and service industry spend thousands of dollars in marketing and advertisement. They use the the print, radio and television media to sell their wares. My husband is a marketing consultant for several restaurants and service oriented establishments. He makes it a point to maintain the quality of the food and the professional service of these establishments.  That's because he strongly believes that personal word of mouth marketing is still the best advertising tool. Even if you pour millions of dollars in other forms of advertising, if you have lousy food and service, it will all be a waste of company resources.  When you serve great food; trust that word of mouth will bring you lots of income.
