Avocado Mask


Well I'm sure you already know that avocado is great for your heart and at lowering LDL (bad cholesterol).  But did you know that avocado is also good for your dry skin?  Here, try this DIY mask to moisturize your skin.  To do: Mash the meat of the fruit into a creamy texture.  Apply it on your face and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water then splash your face with cold water to close up pores.
