Review: Priva Mattress Protector
Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
How many times have you woken up at night with your bed soaking wet from your little one's pee? Yup, no matter how many times you change their nappies or diapers, you still end up with a wet bed. So, when an opportunity to review the Priva Mattress Protector opened up on Tomoson, I applied. Glad I was one of the lucky ones chosen to try it.
Product Description
Protects entire mattress from liquid spills and soiling Elasticized sidewalls keep protector firmly in place Unique soft groove surface offers durable waterproof protection unlike any other vinyl products Antibacterial Machine wash and dry-bleachable
My Opinion
As per instructions, I washed and dried it before using in order for absorbency to be maximized. I was a tad impatient to do this because I wanted to try it right away and see how it will repel fluids. Sure enough, when I placed it on our mattress and tried putting a few drops of water, it didn't get wet. The droplets just beaded and rolled off. I also like the feel of the mattress protector. It's soft and comfortable, unlike the ones that I've used before.
Pros
This mattress protector protects your entire mattress from liquid spills and soiling unlike other products that just protects a certain area. It has elasticized sidewalls to keep it firmly in place. You also don't have to worry because you can sleep soundly with it, it's soft and won't irritate your skin. The material is antibacterial and it can be bleached and machine washed.
Cons
None so far. I am enjoying not having to change and wash sheets too often and can go back to my normal schedule of changing bed covers, which is weekly.
Recommendation
The Priva Mattress Protector is leak-proof and easy to wash. It's perfect for those who are weaning a child from diapers or pull ups or for adults who are suffering from incontinence.
The Priva Mattress Protector can be purchased on Amazon for $28.99. For more information about the mattress protector, please visit their FiberLinks.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
