Review: Ozeri Green Earth Textured Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan

It was from my MIL's that I first tried using a ceramic pan. I liked it and I thought of buying one to use in my kitchen. Then, I was given a chance to review the Ozeri Green Earth Textured Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan.

Product Description

Unlike other ceramic pans , the Ozeri Green Earth Pan utilizes GREBLON - an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. Innovative textured pan surface delivers enhanced heat distribution and superior non-stick performance without ever releasing harmful fumes or toxins. Features a scratch-resistant 100 percent ceramic coating that is super easy to clean. Made out of durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum with no heavy metals or harmful chemicals. Boasts a comfortable heat resistant silicon coated handle and a magnetized induction stove safe base for rapid heat transfer.

My Opinion

It's packaged really nicely and it arrived on my doorstep as it was described. The surface, both inside and out is smooth. I love that no chemical was added to make the pan. It makes me feel good that I'll be cooking safe and healthy food for my family. I also love that I can cook with lesser oil.

Pros

Pan does not release harmful toxins when heated, unlike other nonstick pans. It's easy to clean and won't get scratched easily.

Cons

It's a little heavy, but manageable.

Recommendation

Perfect for those who are trying to lose weight because you can cook with less oil. This would also make a perfect gift to friends and family.
