The Moves


Here are the MR. RABBIT EXERCISEs FOR THE OFFICE OR AT HOME: (They're very easy to follow to help you lose weight, lower your blood sugar, blood pressure, to help keep you awake, release stress and anxiety!) funny..!!

1st: Warming up

just like dancing..

2ND: Stretching

stretch here...stretch there...

3rd: the upper body exercise

do a handsome pose

4th: lower body exercise (moving to left and back)
circle, circle, slide, slide..

5th: lower body exercise (moving to right and back)

6th: Head exercise (make sure to do the 2 nd part, it works!)


spin 'til you drop...

to be smart

7th: whole body exercise


do the wave...




and dance like you're possessed...

8th: Jumping exercise: The Pose is the key! but remember to jump!

go!! reach for the sky!!

9th: relax


exorcism of emily rose... very easy... effortless..


ask someone to do it with you... someone who's willing to look stupid, too...

LV3 over: Well done!

dance with joy... and because you've completed the exercise of the day... tomorrow again...
