The Sanctuary for Healing

The Canyon is the sanctuary of healing for individuals with co-occurring conditions commonly known as addiction. Addiction is a physiological dependence on something. Drugs and alcohol are addictive. Addiction roots from simple experimentation and it never chooses its victims. When an individual becomes an addict, he starts to gamble, gamble with his life, his personality, and his future. It is destructive and it does not only hurt the person but those who care about them as well.

Individuals who are addicted often don't see that they have a problem. On the other hand, they think everyone else is the problem. It takes experience to treat addiction and The Canyon offers Drug Rehab and Alcohol Rehab programs that include treatment options, services and learning tools that will help their client build a long lasting recovery. This drug treatment center offers a unique kind of treatment for their clients, focusing more on the dietary needs of the individual because they believe that the healing properties of fresh foods allow the body to reach a balance that will help reduce cravings, create strength, calm the emotions and bring clarity of mind.

The Canyon offers a peaceful retreat for your loved ones, giving them a 'homey' atmosphere which is good for a fast recovery. He may be an addict and have lived like hell but that doesn't mean that he should be treated without respect and dignity.

With a user that is smaller with say one half of the water weight in his or her body than the individual in the prior example, that same 0.4 fluid ounce of ethanol would likely produce an alcohol concentration at or near 0.04%.
