Benefit of Veggies to Men
For men 50 years and over, it is best to include vegetables in their diet. Eating vegetables everyday can save them from having prostate cancer, a disease very common to men in their golden years and over. It has been discovered that men who eat enough servings of vegetables each day have an 11% rate against prostate hyperplasia than those who only consume 1/2 a cup of vegetables a week. The antioxidants we get from vegetables block the free radicals on prostate cells.

habang bata pa magveggies na hehe....we always struggle finding for the best restaurant serving some veggie dishes...malabo =...puro pork pork pork mga sineserve kasi eh....
we always have veggies for our dinner. :)
and it is advertised here to have at least 5 serves of veggies everyday.

yes, vegetables are good for everyone. :) all natural, no preservatives. it can prolong a person's life.
not only that, studies show that constant intake of veggies lowers the chances of diabetes, which is a chronic disease that affect most of the older populations..
