Whole Grain Cereal

Did you know that whole-grain cereal is not only good for the heart but it is good for diabetics as well? It lessens the risk of heart failure by 28% and it helps decrease the body's blood pressure. According to my dad's doctor, it is best to consume a bowl of whole-grain cereal with lof-fat milk everyday.

this is a very useful info sis. i used to do it at home for mom but because of financial reasons, this is not the priority. what my mom eats, everyone wants to eat. omg! it can happen but a month's budget will be gone in a week. hahahaha

really i believe in this!

yeah, I totally agree with you on this..my granma eats cereals for almost 2years now, and I can see her a lot better now..:)
