The Pain Killers

It would be best to check your pain killers or consult your doctor first before taking it. Based on some studies, store-bought anti-inflammatory pain relievers like aspirin, ibuprofen and cox-2 inhibitors may affect bone growth and delay the healing of fractures. If you have experienced this in the past, talk to your doctor about it and ask for alternative pain relief.

Hello again,

I do not take pain killers; well...to be truthful I don't take pills.

But I didn't know that even aspirin could affect bone growth: this is serious!
