Cinnamon, Peppercorn & Orange Peel

I’ve heard that cinnamon is good for diabetes. Sprinkling a teaspoon of cinnamon on your food everyday, like oatmeal is not only yummy but it can help lower your blood sugar level. You may also steep cinnamon sticks in hot water for a soothing tea. Peppercorn, when made into soup is good for warming the body, weight loss and to expel phlegm. Orange peel tea is said to cure bad breath, the common flu, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, and to help improve the skin and relieve constipation.

Hey Liza,

I hope you had an excellent weekend, dear :)!

I love cinnamon! And I didn't know that it was good to lower blood sugar level: how interesting!
However I did know that we could make tea from of its sticks: Yuuummmmmy!

That is new to me: orange peel tea to help with hypertension (I will let an uncle of mine know)!
Thanks for this great tip!!

I wish you a great week ahead!

Cheers
