Yeah. I heard about the pears too. It's like magic though but other than pears I like to try other fruits too and often it really helps me to have better mood.

I'm not yet a mom but sometimes I have a problem with my 1st and 2nd day monthly period. I'm not fond of pears but will try and consider eating this time. Hope and pray, it will also work on me. =) Thanks for the tip mom liz.

Hmm.. Chocos are happiness inducer. Where as this pear seems to reduce mood swings.. Interesting.. I should try one when I have a bad mood all of a sudden =D.
