Lemon Water

I am sure you know by now how important drinking plenty of water is to our body. It aids in digestion, curbs hunger and ramps up fat-burning. But if you're aiming for a better waistline, try adding a few slices of lemon or lime. You don't only get a dose of vitamin C, it also helps blast off ab fat.

Yes, I have heard this and have done it before. I don't know if it worked because I was terrible in the other areas of my diet, lol, but it is supposedly true! Maybe I will start again tomorrow!

If I recall correctly, it also helps gall bladder function. Maybe that's why it helps with getting rid of fat.

It doesn't seem to help my waistline(nothing seems to) but I love lemon water! I keep a container of sliced lemons in the fridge. It tastes so much better then just plain water! I drink so much more water when I have lemon to put in it.
When it's hot out like the past couple of days have been, it's just soooo refreshing!

Oh...I will eat and drink lemons. I'm fat. May I add a bit of sugar ? In my country Lemon is very expensive but lime I can buy easily.

In here most (good) fruit comes from other countries and are not easy to find

A friend of mine told me this. On my wedding day my sister (who was one of my bridesmaids) was somewhat bloated. My friend told her to drink some water (I think she said warm water) with lemon, to loose some water weight. It really worked!

My mom makes lemon water by the gallon!

I've been adding the lemon wedge in my water for about 20 years! I had no idea it was helping my waistline.

*taking a quick peak at my waistline*
I need to exponentially add the number of lemons to my water than I currently do!!!
