Music To Your Ears

Did you know that the right song can help you get fitter? When you're working out, try listening to songs that will get you going. Find tunes that you feel will inspire you to exercise more. Researchers found out that the music helped participants work out longer. But when you sit down to eat, silence works best. Studies show that you tend to munch more when you're listening to music.

This is so true. I workout 5 days a week and I must say if it wasn't for the music I listen to, I would not be able to get through my routine. I have to listen to music that has a fast beat. Not necessarily hard rock, but fast music.
