I disagree, I don't think it's birds, there's no blue, and it's the wrong shape. Could be some kind of variation on a canna? Definitely a tropical plant. Let us know if you find out what it is.
Those are the right color for birds of paradise but really don't look like them. I have never seen anything like them!
I love flowers, and I love taking pictures of them whenever I get the chance.
